Korčula (pronounced Kor-chula) whose main town is known as “Little Dubrovnik” is the original home of slavery abolition being the first place in the world to ban slavery in 1214. One of the few locations where authentic sword dancing can still be seen the island and it’s picturesque towns have a simple and timeless attraction.
